🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened, used, or damaged-by-customer items

  • Pre-order deposits (unless item is canceled or unavailable)

  • Sale/clearance items marked “final sale”

To request a return, contact us at 📧 info@tunestudio.ae with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, we’re truly sorry and will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage or incorrect item

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund based on the situation.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
